We offer two luxuriously furnished self catering apartments converted from a traditional Corn Mill dating back to the mid 1800s. We are in an area designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and village of noted historical interest, broadly we are located between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, and our central location makes us the perfect base from which to explore the countryside and the coast. We are peacefully tucked away, yet in the centre of the Medieval village of Robertsbridge, you are just a short walk from the village centre where you will find impressive historic buildings, restaurants, pubs and local shops to buy our wonderful local meat and fresh produce.

Robertsbridge oozes character and charm and is steeped in history. There is an excellent choice of English Heritage and National Trust properties and gardens close by. We are just a 20 minute drive from the cobbled streets of Rye, the dunes of Camber sands and traditional coastal towns such as Hastings. The historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells and seaside town of Eastbourne have something for all the family at 25 and 40 minutes drive respectively. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers and cyclists, with mile upon mile of pathways and cycle routes just waiting to be explored and fabulous also for fishing and shooting. Great Dixter, Battle Abbey, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardnes, Bedgebury Pinetum and Bewl Water are just a few of the hundreds of local attractions all within 10-20 minutes drive. Each apartment has a private entrance and front door. The Upper Apartment sleeps 5 in two comfortable bedrooms plus additional quality folding beds in the lounge 1 or, at a tight squeeze, 2; maximum capacity is therefore ideally 5/6, 7 at a push! One bedroom is a boutique styled super king (which can be split into 2 singles) with a full size single matress on a single day bed for a third person and the other bedroom is a king sized four poster, both with sumptuous bedding. Newly decorated and furnished the apartment comprises a modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with power shower and bath, spacious lounge and dining area with 32' flat screen TV and DVD, radio/CD and a selection of games. The Lower Apartment sleeps 3 and is pet friendly for small, well behaved pets. It comprises a compact but well fitted kitchen modern bathroom, large lounge and dining area with 32' flat screen TV and DVD, radio/CD and a selection of games and one bedroom with double wrought iron bed with memory foam matress, 3rd bed is a quality folding single either in the lounge or bedroom (at squeeze it is possible to place one folding bed in the bedroom and one in the lounge to sleep max 4). The apartment is however ideally only suited for max 3. Travel Cot/High Chair available on request for both apartments.
