Trina and Anthony welcome you to the East Beach Guest House, a family run guest house opposite a european Blue Flag beach, and only a 5 minute stroll from Littlehampton shopping centre. Feel at home in our bright and airy dining room with fabulous sea views where your breakfast is served which includes a cold buffet with fruit juices fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and of course a full English breakfast or vegetarian option. All our rooms are en-suite and recently fully renovated to a high standard. We also have a self catering studio/1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and 2 en-suite bathrooms (there is minimum stay during peak time). The guest house is close to the historic market town of Arundel, boasting a beautiful river and a majestic castle. We are situated a few minutes from the stylish Arun river front, boasting food ranging from excellent fish and chips to gourmet Thai cuisine The Harbour Amusement Park is across the road, laid out as a ‘New England’ fishing village, with attractions like roller coasters water chutes and the Horror Hotel, as well as classics like dodgems or the Waltzer, it’s a perfect day out for the whole family. We are also conveniently located for attending classic car and horse racing events at Goodwood. Littlehampton is perfect for fishing, diving, kite & wind surfing and outdoor recreation.

We offer 9 en suite bedrooms, some with sea views. The rooms feature flat screen television, hospitality trays, central heating and hairdryers, thick fluffy bath towels and toiletries are provided in all en suite bathrooms that are beautifully tiled with modern equipment. There is a studio apartment, king, twin, double, single and family rooms. The studio apartment or 1 bedroom apartment sleep 2-5 people and have kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. They are let on a self catering basis, without breakfast included. The apartment has a 3 night minimum stay during peak season and there are discounts for stays of more than three nights. Free parking is available however, for stays of three nights or more we can provide a parking permit for the car park across the road, subject to availability.
