The property sleeps 15 in 8 bedrooms and can be let either weekly or for a weekend. Chichester is a historic Cathedral city, home to some of the oldest churches and buildings in the country. This large town house has a large entrance hallway with dining room to the left hand side and music room and downstairs sitting room to the right. The sitting room overlooks the garden. The spacious kitchen has electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also a downstairs w.c and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. The back door leads directly to the garden (down a few steps). there is a second sitting room on the first floor with large TV and DVD player overlooking the garden. There is also a study with desk, chair and WiFi internet access. Outside there is a patio area with table, chairs and BBQ leading to a grassed area (large enough for a marquee). The pathway leads to the parking area at the rear of the garden.
