The kitchen area features a gas range oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and cleaning equipment. The first bedroom has an attractive fireplace, double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a chair. The second bedroom has a single stacker bed to form a double or twins, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lovely sea view. The bathroom is tiled and has a bath with shower over, washbasin and W/C.

Free parking is available on the road around the square. Full linen and gas central heating is included in the price.
