A warm welcome and a memorable holiday awaits at the Village Holidays 4 Star Awarded self catering cottages. Ideally situated between the sea and the South Downs in the rural village of Walberton, they make the perfect base from which to walk, cycle or explore the historic towns of Chichester and Arundel. With a choice of 3 delightful properties sleeping between 5-8 we're sure there is a cottage to suit your holiday needs. The village of Walberton has a well stocked foodstore/papershop. The Holly Tree pub serves meals and real ale. In Barnham a mile down the road you can buy everything you need from the Co-Op and Trading Post, there is also a very good butchers and farm shop on the road from Barnham to Yapton. Barnham also has 2 Chinese takeaways, an Indian takeaway and restaurant. There is also a bank, cash points, chemist etc. If you are heading to the beach at Clymping stop at Bairds Farm Shop for your barbeque food. Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose will deliver to our cottages if you wish.

Village Holidays has three delightful cottages available to guests. Located in the centre of Walberton's Conservation Area, our adjacent cottages range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and are rated 4 star by the English Tourism Council. Lion House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (2 king en-suite, 2 twin), Park End sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms (1 king en suite, 1 double, 1 family) and South Lodge sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 double with 1 single). Dogs are welcome by arrangement in all the properties and there is private off road parking. Cots and highchairs can be supplied on request.
