The Coach House is a charming flint and oak beamed cottage set in the heart of the lovely downland village of Telscombe, Sussex. Telscombe Village is a hamlet situated at the end of a no through road, two miles from the main road and equidistant from both Lewes and Newhaven (around four miles). This is a tranquil rural retreat, perfect for visits at any time of year, and there are some stunning walks to be found nearby. The Coach House sleeps 4/6 people.

The Coach House comprises of a spacious living room with dining area, 2 seater sofa and matching armchair plus double sofa bed, colour TV, video, stereo radio/cassette, coffee tables and a wood-burning stove - perfect for cosy evenings in. Double doors lead from this room into the pretty south facing walled garden with BBQ, table and chairs. The open plan kitchen has a quarry tiled floor throughout and is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom leads off from the dining area and is complete with shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

A half spiral oak staircase leads upstairs to one double and one twin bedroom.
Specialities
Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included for four people. The use of the sofabed is £50 extra per person per week. Pets are welcome for a small weekly charge.
