The barn is located on the edge of the Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and enjoys stunning views over farmland towards the 16th Century Thomas a Becket church. There are country walks leading right from the doorstep and the nature reserve is renowned for its fabulous birdwatching. There are also a host of historical sites within easy reach including Arundel Castle and Chichester Cathedral.

A mile further and there are more amenities including three friendly pubs serving food and a hotel with restaurant. The surrounding area is ideal for those who enjoy walking and cycling and the barn has a secure laundry/store room where you will find a washer/dryer. This room is ideal form the secure storage of bicycles and muddy boots.
