Situated a one minute walk from the beach, this is the perfect holiday base for those seeking a tranquil break by the sea yet is close to Littlehampton and other lively resorts on the south coast. The beach is long and safe, with no disturbance from road or cars, ideal for walking and swimming or just simply sitting and admiring the view.

Rustington town centre has a very good selection of shops and plenty of free parking, or you can walk there in five minutes. The traditional seaside resort of Littlehampton lies very close by and a fifteen minute drive will bring you to Worthing, with its famous pierand lively amenities. Arundel, Chichester, Bognor Regis, a Roman villa, open air museums and the South Downs with their excellent footpaths are also easily accessible. If you are looking for a family holiday with a pet just a minute away from a tranquil stretch of coastline, then Sea Breeze is the place for you. We welcome a maximum of two dogs at any one time. There are no restrictions for dog walking on the nearby beach.

Sea-Breeze is a very comfortable, home-from-home bungalow. It has 2 bedrooms: a family room, consisting of a king bed and a single bed, fitted wardrobes and new, wooden bedroom furniture; the other bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and good bedroom furniture. The through lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with a dining area which leads to a sunny conservatory overlooking a small, enclosed garden, safe for children and pets. Facilities incude satellite TV and dvd, cd player, radios, a reclining armchair and a selection of dvds, cds, books and games. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is newly refurbished and includes a large walk-in shower
