Florence Road is a garden annexe to a Victorian house, situated on a tranquil tree lined street just a mile from Brighton seafront. It is ideal for large families or groups and sleeps up to 9 people. All on the ground floor the property comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a single, 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite and there are 2 shower rooms with WC. The modern gallery kitchen has everything you'll need for a self catering break. There is a large south-facing lounge with dining area overlooking the garden, with colour TV and DVD. Outside is a large walled garden enclosed by mature trees, patio area, garden furniture. On-street un-restricted parking, close to local shops, take-aways, buses and taxi-rank. A self service continental breakfast is available for both properties.

Rooms Description

The Greyhound pub/restaurant is 100 yards from Farnaby, opposite the church. The area has a lot to offer including a choice of famous houses, castles, and gardens. Locally there are golf courses, horse-racing, and theatres, and a village cricket ground within half a mile. The pretty village of Ditchling is 1 mile away, or 15 minutes walk, with its XIII century church of St. Margarets, picturesque village pond, interesting local museum and choice of three pubs. Located close to Brighton and the South Coast, Keymer village is situated at the foot of the South Downs and is ideally placed for walking or cycling either on the Downs or in the surrounding countryside.

Close links to Brighton and London.The above rates are fully inclusive of linen and towels, heating and lighting and allow for up to six people to occupy the property. However extended stays will to subject to an extra charge for gas and electricity. Additional people will be charged at £25 per person per week. A damage/cleaning deposit of £150 is payable direct to the owner upon arrival and will be returned in full after departure if the property if left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage. Cigarette burns to the carpet will be charged at £100.
