The property has excellent views of the outer harbour and the sea towards Pevensey, Bexhill and Hastings beyond. The popular Victorian era seaside resort of Eastbourne is only two to three miles away and boasts an enviable record of annual hours of sunshine.

Rooms Description

16 San Juan Court is accessed via a lift and comprises of an en-suite master bedroom with double bed and east facing window with sea and harbour views in addition to a door leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and a west facing window with views over the town towards the South Downs. The family bathroom is has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. The modern fully fitted kitchen is complete with gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The sitting room has two windows and double doors leading to the balcony and enjoys amazing views over the outer harbour, sea and coastline.
