Pekes Manor and cottages is situated 12 miles inland from Eastbourne and, 18 miles from Brighton. The manor and its surrounding self catering cottages are set up a drive of 350 yards with unspoilt views of unspoilt countryside. The manor and cottages offer exceptional facilities; exotic indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, lawn badminton, Hard Macadam style tennis court and extensive grounds. The main house became a minor Manor House' many years ago and since has been lovingly and sympathetically restored to a very high standard which much character and charm. The surrounding cottages have all been decorated to a very high standard and offer stunning self catering accommodation. There are many facilities here that guests can enjoy. One of them is the swimming pool.The modern swimming pool is set in an exotic greenhouse and as you swim you will be surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Great for the kids! In the summer time there is a patio at the far end looking out to the orchard with umbrella, tables and chairs. For our younger visitors there is a Barley Wood traditional climbing tower with a slide. Hours of fun! For those who like to relax there is a jacuzzi and sauna.

There are many self catering cottages and the manor house to choose from to suit your needs. Pekes Manor House sleeps 16-18 people, and has 8 double bedrooms. The Wing sleeps 4-6 people and is a lovingly converted part of the Manor House. Tudor View sleeps 4-6 people and is a historic cottage built in 1937. Pets are welcome. Mounts View sleeps 4-9 people and is a stunning cottage and eco friendly with full installation and double glazing. Oast House has a private jacuzzi and sleeps 7-12 people. It has two large round towers which were originally used fro drying hops. The Gate Cottage sleeps 4-6 people and boasts its own peaceful, large garden which is enclosed and safe for children to play. During your stay we offer Cooking where Julia our Cordon Bleu cook can come a serve you dinner, cleaning, baby sitting, beauty treatments. Glebe field Riding School is set in 60 acres of private woodland and offers riding for all ages. If you are planning a wedding reception, please not there is a charge of £600 for holding a reception at pekes. We can provide contact s for marquees, catering, etc, please ask when enquiring.
