Iona is a well presented and large six bedroomed house situated just one minute's walk from West Wittering beach. Sleeping up to 10 it is ideal for a large family to spread out or for two families to share. You will find every conceivable extra to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay. Iona is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday. A minute from the delightful beach and just 5 minutes walk into the village centre with supermarket, butchers, delicatessen, greengrocers and a variety of restaurants, pubs and take aways to suit all tastes and budgets. Iona is also the ideal base from which to explore the delights of Chichester with its Festival Theatre and picturesque harbour. Nearby you will also find Goodwood with its horse racing, Festival of Speed and airshows throughout the year. There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area you will have no problem keeping everyone entertained.

Iona offers versatile accommodation throughout 2300sq.ft. The south west facing sitting room looks out onto the enclosed front garden through french doors. The large recently refurbished kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Ten people can comfortably dine on the large pine dining table. A utility room is equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Downstairs you'll find sleeping accommodation consisting of a double and a twin bedroom. Upstairs is a double en-suite bedroom with sea views, a nursery with cot and bed and two further twin bedrooms. A family bathrooom completes the picture upstairs and there is a shower room downstairs. All bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. Iona is equipped to be child friendly without being child dominated. There is a stair-gate that can be easily fitted at either the top or bottom of the staircase. The garden is enclosed. Other kids stuff includes play-pen, bottle steriliser and warmer, baby buggy, high chair, baby monitor, toy box, books and large selection of children's video and DVD's.
