All of our properties are located in the beautiful Camber Sands near Rye, nestled amongst some of the most dramatic and romantic landscape in England. Camber Sands is one of the best beaches in the world. Its five miles of golden sands are backed by traditional dunes and it is ideal for a family day at the beach, for walking along, or for water sport enthusiasts. Take a step back in time and explore the castles, there are pathways and roads just waiting to be explored whether it be on foot or on wheels. If you're looking for delicious food, the area boasts numerous eateries ranging from fish and chips to a la carte dining. The town of Rye has a maze of lanes, with traditional shops selling everything from sweets to souvenirs.

Rooms Description

We have a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom properties sleeping from 2 to 8 people. Our 2 bedroom properties include Dunes 21, situated at the foot of the sand dunes, just a few metres from Camber Sands beach. The house is part of a pioneering, boutique development combining contemporary design with the latest eco-friendly technology. Seabreeze is also a 2 bed property that has been imaginatively furnished in an appealing, contemporary style. Sleeping 4, it has far-reaching views of Romney Marsh. Our larger properties include Driftwood House, which sleeps 6/7, offering spacious accommodation over 3 floors. Marram offers 3 bedroom in a contemporary style and open-plan living that is ideal for families or groups of friends. All of our cottages come fully furnished and well equipped with everything you'll need for a self catering break.
