Seapoint Cottage offers delightful self catering accommodation overlooking a Golf Course and Brighton Marina. Fantastic panoramic views are arguably the 'best views in Sussex' and a South facing garden overlooks the sea beyond. Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Brighton and convenient for all amenities, this lovely cottage makes an ideal holiday home. There are walks in all directions - a popular one being to the lovely old downland village of Ovingdean. The many varied shops and restaurants in the town are just about 1 mile away.

In Brighton Marina Village - much closer by - you will find a good selection of quality shops, restaurants and pubs (in a waterside setting) together with a large ASDA supermarket and an 8-screen cinema. Lying between the cottage and the sea is a miniature golf course which is very popular with visitors. Buses into Brighton's Town Centre run regularly along the sea front road. The famous undercliff walk is easily accessed by walking across the golf course towards the sea and you can walk in either direction towards Saltdean in the East or as far as Hove to the West.

Seapoint Cottage offers self catering accommodation for 6-7 people. The property boasts a delightful sun lounge, a south facing garden and a large patio with BBQ and furniture. The front bedroom includes a double bed, portable TV, vanity basin, wardrobe and dressing table and the back room has twin beds with wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom includes basin, WC and bath with over head shower. The top floor bedroom has a double bed, en suite facilities with walk-in electrical shower cubicle and boasts excellent sea front and Brighton Marina views.
Specialities
Seapoint Cottage is 5 Keys Highly Commended. Well behaved pets are welcome at an additional £15 per week (£20 per week for two pets) and there is internet access for all guests. There is no charge for babies under the age of two years old and a cot can be provided free upon request. Please add £50 per person per week for a 6th/7th person.

Discounts & Deals
- 5% discount for bookings of three weeks or more. For bookings of at least two weeks there will be a linen/towel change.
- The Spring/Autumn price for the Seapoint cottage is £650.
