The Beach House in Seaford is a charming 1960's terraced holiday house boasting wonderful sea views and neatly decorated guest rooms. Located just 7 miles from Eastbourne and 8 miles from Brighton, this is the ideal base for the perfect seaside holiday. This property is also situated in the best location for days trips to Dieppe as Newhaven is only a couple of miles away and there is a regular Spring, Summer and Autumn fast ferry crossing to France taking just over two hours. There is a train station just 5 minutes from the property with a 90 min journey service to London every hour.

The house is located just across the road from the seafront and has an enclosed south facing patio garden as well as a north facing patio area. Access to the house is from the rear, as there is a wall around the south facing patio garden. The beach at Seaford is about 1 mile long and is mainly pebbles but offers very good swimming. The town of Seaford is a quiet seaside resort with enough shops to spend a good afternoon looking around and alternatively for the outdoor lovers Seaford is situated at the foot of a hill range called the South Downs, ideal for a long days walk.

Rooms Description

The Beach House includes two bedrooms; one double bedded and one with twin beds and a cot. Both have plenty of clothes storage. The bathroom was newly furnished in 2008 with a shower over the bath, WC and pedestal basin.
