The Georgian property is set on the South Downs, just outside Arundel in a small 11th Century village overlooking Arundel Castle. The house has individually styled bedrooms, as well as a georgian dining room and large dining conservatory, panelled lounge, and wonderful gardens, all with downland views. The house is ideal for romantic breaks, for rest and relaxation, and for wonderful walking on the Downs and by the River Arun. We provide extra touches, such as flowers, chocolates and champagne on request. We are fully licensed.

We offer 10 en suite bedrooms, sleeping 19, including 4 poster beds and luxury super kings. There is also a ground floor room available for disabled guests. All rooms are luxurious and beautiful, with new limestone showers in the en suites. Rooms can be double, twin, 4 poster or super king and z-beds can be added for £25 extra including breakfast. All rooms have digital TV, direct dial phone, hospitality tray and seating, accentuated by excellent views.

If you let us know when you are booking, we can offer you some special touches to make your stay perfect. These include a free-standing bouquet of seasonal flowers, cards, champagne and champagne flutes in your room, or chocolates from our local chocolatier. We can also arrange for theatre tickets, taxis or limos. With a bit of notice, we'll decorate your dining table appropriately to the occasion, or leave presents at the table.
