Welcome to The Village House, situated just off the Southdowns Way at the heart of the picturesque downland village of Findon, near Worthing. The property dates back to 1527 and retains much of it's original old world charm. Refurbished in 2008, our 6 individually furnished en suite rooms offer luxury accommodation, one with 4 poster bed. Each room has a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and alarm clocks. Wake up to a delicious homecooked organic breakfast, or croissants and cereal. The Village House has a bright and roomy bar with a welcoming log burner. It has always been one of the focal points of the village, so we try and cater for a range of clients. From cyclists to ramblers, tourists to locals, join us for a light snack or full meal. We strive very hard to source local produce (our chef even meets the local fisherman every morning to select fresh fish of the day) and have built a reputation for truly special freshly prepared fish and chips - which is also available to take away!! All our food can be enjoyed in the restaurant or the newly refurbished bar which boasts a variety of real ales, lagers, premium spirits and malt whiskies with a wine list carefully selected by ourselves that combines old world maturity with new world freshness. We also have regular live entertainment with Jazz nights, popular music nights and a weekly charity quiz amongst other events.

Rooms Description

All rooms are en-suite (single & small double have a shower, no bath). They all have colour TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. With views across Findon and the South Downs. Our King room has a King sized four poster bed and can be used as a family room if required.
