The Dairy sleeps up to 4 people and The Courtyard 7. Both are converted farm buildings which ooze character and original features. Whether you're looking for a relaxing holiday or a more energetic one, Ninfield Cottages provide the perfect base.

Peacefully located off a private drive in the heart of 1066 country, these two delightful cottages offer extensive views over the South Downs to the coast. Set in the grounds of a 350 acre working farm with ponies, cattle, 3.5 acre well stocked coarse fishing lakes and 10 acres of bluebell and primrose woodland. Nearby you'll find a good range of restaurants, farm shops and traditional pubs serving good food and drink. There is also a post office, petrol station and mini mart within a mile. A 10 minute drive takes you to the beach at Bexhill, or 20 mins to the seaside resort of Eastbourne and Hastings with shopping, theatre, cinema and leisure facilities. Historic sites, gardens, walking, cycling, golf, vineyards, bird watching and more, it's all on your doorstep at Ninfield Cottages. Sorry but we do not accept pets.

Rooms Description

Two self catering properties are available at Ninfield Holiday Cottages, both are converted to the highest standards and offer 4 star accommodation. The Dairy is on one level, sleeps four and features original oak beams, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, one double bedroom and one twin plus a shower room with toilet and basin. The Courtyard sleeps seven people in double (with en suite), twin/kingsize and triple bedrooms. It has a large well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a spacious living room and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. It is single storey but includes three interior steps. Both cottages open out onto their own private and fenced garden areas with BBQ and seating and are well equipped with TV, Video, dvd, cd/Radio, Washer/Driers and kitchen equipment, utensils. Private parking is available.
