Newells Farm offers three charming self catering holiday cottages sleeping between four and six people on 650 acres of grass and arable farmland in the heart of the Sussex Weald. The farm itself dates back to the thirteenth Century and there are many paths running from the farmyard along the fields and into the ancient woods. Primroses and wood anemones spring in late April and May and the Bluebells in the ancient oak woodland create a breathtaking display in season. Roe and fallow deer are often seen, in addition to foxes and far too many rabbits!

Newells Farm lies within easy reach of Brighton, with its many beaches and attractions, and the historic market town of Horsham is just five miles away, with good rail links to London Victoria. Black Cottage has one double and one twin bedroom and is complete with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The living/dining room has a dining table and chairs, armchairs, sofa and TV in addition to doors leading directly to your own private garden.

Rooms Description

The Old Dairy has been converted from Victorian farm buildings and comfortably sleeps up to six people. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living/dining room has doors opening onto the terrace and garden and is complete with Sky TV and DVD player. There is one double bedroom with en-suite and an additional two twin bedrooms. Finally, the Little Barn is extremely spacious, providing comfortable accommodation with wheelchair access for up to six people. The cottage is similarly equipped to the Old Dairy, with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms along with a high chair and cot.
