Mariners House is a quiet, pretty seaside Home, with 2 bedrooms, the 1st a double the 2nd a twin. The property has a private south facing garden with a barbecue area. The bright, recently decorated rooms are centrally heated with a open gas effect fire in the lounge. The House is situated on a private estate and is still only 100 yards from local shops and the beach where you can enjoy an ice cream from the beach kiosk whilst watching windsurfers and sailing boats or just strolling along the beach (level walking).There is use of the garden shed for windsurfing equipment or bikes (excellent mountain biking on the South Downs).
