Beautifully presented bungalow on the West Sussex coast, in the village of Elmer. The bungalow is on a private estate and 2 mins walk away from a private beach. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. We regret we cannot accept pets and we ask that you do not smoke. The cottage features allocated parking and an outside patio area with seating provided. There is a kitchen / lounge with TV and sofa bed, double bedroom and a clean, smart bathroom. Sea Chalet is ideal for a quiet,relaxing break.

From the A259 Bognor to Littlehampton, take the B2132 signposted Middleton/Elmer. Follow signs to Elmer and continue straight on through the village until you reach the white barrier of the Elmer Sands Estate. Pass through into the estate and you will see Sussex Court on your left.
