Barn Owls Cottages are situated at the foot of the South Downs, between the towns of Newhaven and Seaford on the wonderful East Sussex coastline. The nearby town and beaches of Seaford are right on the doorstep and regular ferries leave Newhaven for France, making a day trip to the continent a very real possibility. Other attractions to be found within easy reach include Alfriston, Lewes, Hastings and Eastbourne in one direction; and Brighton and Hove in the other.

The Old Barn is a lovely barn conversion and runs the entire length of the garden. This building has now been converted into three beautiful self catering holiday apartments. This is a very peaceful spot and you can step from the back garden straight onto the Downs. The three apartments are named Barn Owls, Snowy Owls and Tawny Owls.

Rooms Description

Barn Owls comprises of one double bedroom, a shower room, a full size kitchen and a split level lounge and dining room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and the apartment can sleep up to four people in total. Snowy Owls is the smallest of the three apartments and sleeps a maximum of two people. There is a combined kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of room to eat, cook and relax. Tawny Owls has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed allowing it to sleep up to six people in total. The main living area comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and there is a separate shower room.
