Within walking distance you'll find the Chichester canal, a perfect place to take a waterways stroll and the Chichester Harbour where you can take a boat cruise to see this unspoilt area from the water. Twelve thousand resident boats moor here and the surrounding dunes, mudflats and shingle banks are a haven for a variety of sea birds and wildlife. Chichester itself is a beautiful Georgian City which is compact enough for easy exploration on foot. A selection of independent shops, boutiques and antique stores can be found here as well as a great range of restaurants, a magnificent cathedral and a theatre.
