The ONLY WATERFRONT B&B with stunning views across the water to the church and quay, Benbow is a charming Grade II listed Georgian house dating from 1760 and now offers 4 Star Gold Awarded B&B accommodation. It was one of the villlage's original beer houses and contains many original features. A home from home, recently renovated to offer luxury accommodation right on the water, but within easy walking distance of the two traditional local pubs and restaurants, all serving excellent food. There is also a coffee shop and crafts centre. The nearby cathedral city of Chichester offers a wide variety of shopping opportunities as well as the famous Festival Theatre. Nearby Goodwood has a great programme of events throughout the year including the Festival of Speed, Revival and of course the Glorious horse racing. For beach lovers, East and West Wittering offer beautiful stretches of sandy beaches to enjoy. Portsmouth with its Historic Dockyard and the ferry to the continent is just a short drive away.

Benbow has two double bedrooms both with en suites and stunning views over the water. The larger of the two has a Queen size double bed and an en suite with a bath and a separate power shower. It even has a 'loo with a view'! The second bedroom has a standard double bed with an en suite with a power shower. Both rooms have TV/tea/coffee making facilities/hairdryer. A warm family welcome awaits you with tea served on arrival in front of a log fire in the winter, or on the patio in the summer looking at the beautiful views as boats skim across the water. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, Bosham is an artists/photographers/walkers paradise. Breakfast is served with the view - fruit/yoghurts/juice/cereals and an AGA cooked choice, smoked salmon and scrambeld eggs being a specialty and all produce sourced locally. We can advise on local sights/events etc and book restaurants

From A259 on reaching Bosham roundabout, follow sogns to Bosham Church and Quay. At T junction by Berkely Arms pub, turn left signed to Bosham Hoe, then first right into Taylors Lane signed to Bosham Hoe again. Take third turning on the right into Stumps Lane signed to Harbour. Straight over small hump bridge, Benbow is second house on left.
