Harbour Lights Holiday Cottage is a 3 star self catering holiday property located in the fishing and yachting village of Rye Harbour in Sussex. This small former fisherman's cottage is a grade II listed building situated right on the harbour front which consists of just half a dozen other cottages and the William the Conqueror pub. The beach is about half a mile away and approached by a gated road, preventing access by cars and ensuring that it remains uncrowded throughout the year.

Rye is an ancient town, one of the cinque ports, and is perched on a hill overlooking Romney Marshes. The town is characterised by its steep cobbled streets and picturesque timbered houses and is renowned for its links with illustrious writers such as Henry Jame and E.F. Benson. The attractive old town of Winchelsea lies nearby and Hastings, eight miles away. Day trips to France are also possible using the ferry from Dover or Eurostar from Ashford in Kent.

Harbour Lights holiday cottage comprises of a sitting room with colour TV, video recorder and radio; dining room; small galley style kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and iron; bathroom with wash basin, WC and shower; and a lobby leading to the back garden where you will find garden furniture. Upstairs there are two small twin bedrooms and a further folding guest bed is available. Please note that the steep staircase may be difficult for elderly or infirm people, while toddlers will need supervision.
