The property has four stairs to the entrance and is unsuitable for the infirm. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, washer dryer and all utensils and a dining area to seat 4. The lounge has comfortable seating and a freeview TV. There are two bedrooms including a twin and a double which is on the lower ground floor and accessed via a spiral staircase, with double doors to the patio. The bathroom has a shower over bath.
